How the Training Works

Thriving Teams Training blends facilitated sessions with on-demand learning to support sustained behaviour change.

The experience typically includes:

  • A shared launch to build common language and intent 

  • A diagnostic to identify what’s working and where to focus 

  • Facilitated sessions tailored to each team’s needs 

  • Practical tools and activities applied between sessions 

  • Ongoing access to the Thriving Academy to support learning and embed change 

The design ensures learning doesn’t stop when the session ends.

Facilitated Team Training

We work directly with your teams, facilitating the learning experience and guiding teams through the model using their real challenges and dynamics.
