The Ripple of Accountability focuses on three interconnected levels:

  • Individual Accountability 
    Clarity of role, ownership, follow-through and personal standards. 

  • Shared Accountability 
    How teams hold commitments, give feedback, and support one another to deliver outcomes. 

  • Collective Accountability 
    How accountability operates across teams, functions and the broader organisation — especially where handovers, dependencies and silos exist.
