Claire is the founder of Thriving Culture, where she partners with organisations to build confident leaders, aligned teams, and strong cultures of accountability. She brings over two decades of experience across sectors—from financial services and technology to government and not-for-profit—supporting leaders through complex change, growth, and strategic alignment.

Known for her ability to simplify complexity, ask powerful questions, and energise teams, Claire combines depth in leadership capability with practical tools leaders can apply straight away. Claire lives in Byron Bay with her husband and two sons. When she’s not coaching or facilitating, you’ll find her on the beach or sharing a laugh with friends.
