Claire Gray is a leadership and team expert passionate about helping people thrive at work. As the daughter of two schoolteachers, her values of learning, growth, and service were instilled early—and remain central to her work today.

Claire is the founder of Thriving Culture, where she partners with organisations to build confident leaders, aligned teams, and strong cultures of accountability. She brings over two decades of experience across sectors—from financial services and technology to government and not-for-profit—supporting leaders through complex change, growth, and strategic alignment.

Known for her ability to simplify complexity, ask powerful questions, and energise teams, Claire combines depth in leadership capability with practical tools leaders can apply straight away. Whether working with senior executives or emerging leaders, she brings clarity, compassion, and strategic focus.

Claire lives in Byron Bay with her husband and two sons. When she’s not coaching or facilitating, you’ll find her on the beach or sharing a laugh with friends.

Claire is an accredited coach, facilitator and speaker with clients across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and the UK. She is known for making strategy feel human—and leadership feel possible.
