With more than 20 years’ experience across Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the UK, Claire has partnered with scale-ups, established corporates, government agencies, and not-for-profits to build capability, strengthen culture, and lift performance in meaningful and sustainable ways.

As the founder of Thriving Culture, Claire works closely with CEOs and leadership teams to embed purpose-led cultures, deepen accountability, and create workplaces where people feel connected, supported and inspired to do their best work. Known for her ability to cut through the noise, Claire gets to the heart of what’s really happening in a team — and helps leaders turn insight into lasting change.

Claire is the author of Thriving Leaders: Learn the Skills to Lead Confidently and Thriving Teams: When Teams Unite, Align & Achieve. She is also the host of the Thriving Leaders Podcast, where she interviews global thought leaders including Amy Edmondson, David Clutterbuck and Dermot Crowley.

She holds a Master of Business (Human Resource Management), a Bachelor of Behavioural Science, advanced accreditations in executive and team coaching, and has studied the art and practice of leadership development at Harvard Kennedy School. Claire is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, a certified Facet5 practitioner, and a graduate of the Global Team Coaching Institute.

Based in Byron Bay with her husband and two boys, Claire is at her best when she’s walking the lighthouse track, at the beach, travelling, playing tennis, or enjoying a good gym session — and she brings that same energy, curiosity and optimism to every room she’s in.
